ReportGenerationTask of Integration Services

description

I have an SSIS package that runs just fine as a file .dtsx and I can enter my parameters and the package executes exactly as designed. Essentially running an SSRS Report to a pdf and then emailing the pdf as an attachment.

When I load the SSIS package to SQL Integration Services though and attempt to execute the package either from SQL or as a SQL Job I get the following error:

Error: To Run a SSIS package outside of SQL Server Data Tools you must install ReportGenerator Task of Integration Services or higher.

Any ideas on how to resolve this? I installed the Report Generator Task on the workstation that the package was written from. Does it need to be installed on the server as well?

The component must be installed on any computer with which the package is developed or execute.

Yes, the component must be installed on any computer with which the package is developed or execute.

Ok, I installed the component on the SQL Server (this is the same server the SSRS Report resides on) and Workstation. When I execute the package from Visual Studio Tools in debug mode, everything works. When I execute .dtsx package outside of VS I get the same error: To Run a SSIS package outside of SQL Server Data Tools you must install ReportGenerator Task of Integration Services or higher. Package resides on local file drive and not in SQL Integration Services still get the same error.

SQL and SSRS are both SQL 2012. Workstation is win7 x64 where VS SSIS was built and runs from debug mode, i'm logged on as Administrator, any other ideas?
